My girlfriend came home upset after being treated very customer-unfriendly and hostile in this store. She accidentally dropped something worth 50 euros. She apologizes personally several times, but is immediately completely ignored and treated unfriendly. After she puts this aside, she comes to the cash register with several items. There she is told that she must pay for the damage. Something she also proposed herself (a contribution). But the way this is communicated feels hostile. She shares how she feels, but the hostility only gets worse. Eventually she no longer felt safe and offered to pay half and then she was allowed to go. She didn't buy the rest of the stuff. In short: this is terrible, that you treat your customer this way for the sake of a few euros (which you can write off as an entrepreneur). We will not come here anymore and hope that others will listen to this advice.
